The following script seems to fix the 1 minute hang when resuming. It belongs
in /etc/pm/sleep.d:
echo 50_dvb_usb_dib0700_quirk:
#!/bin/sh
case $1 in
hibernate|suspend)
rmmod dvb_usb_dib0700
;;
thaw|resume)
modprobe
This happens to me even for the latest kernel ppa:
uname -r: 2.6.30-020630rc8-generic
My dmesg after resuming:
[34258.180072] usb 1-1: reset high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 4
[34258.312799] dvb-usb: found a 'Hauppauge Nova-T Stick' in cold state, will
try to load a firmware
Is it possible that the firmware can't be found because it is not
included in the initrd?

When resuming from sleep my kernel message is:

(dvb-usb-dib0700-1.20.fw) Please see linux/Documentation/dvb/ for more details

The firmware ist here:
Sony Ericsson K600i (with USB) is now recognized, thank you very much.
After editing the wireless options I can connect to my provider.
But after the connection is successfully established I can't connect to
any website. Even a ping to the nameservers provided by NetworkManager
in /etc/resolv.conf
Are you sure you attached the right file? It seems pretty small. :(

my keyboard.
I configured my Ubuntu to show the panel menu when I push the Windows button.
