Not sure if this is relevant for the other cases, but in my case, I had
the proposed repo enabled. After disabling, and roll back the
dependencies libgtkd-3-0 and libvted-3-0
(https://packages.ubuntu.com/artful/tilix) all was well again.

After the installation process, Clicking the "Restart now" button, no
prompt to remove media appears. The screen just turns black and the
computer is not responsive to keyboard or mouse. After a reset, the
machine boots up fine though.

Trying to install 19.10 on a HP ENVY 15-dr0350nd with Intel® Wireless-AC
9560 802.11b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi, Ubiquity crashes. Obviously, I cannot
send it from 19.10 due to no wifi/no network. Adding these relevant
links: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1733369 and
Tested extras 1.0.2-Oubuntu1 - did all the suggested tests. No
regression occured, all tests were succesfull, only dropby did not open
the usb after switching user.

During install, panel content is missing
To
Shuffler -does- distinguish on window type, only works with windows of
type NORMAL. We ran into a few applications that do not define their
dialogs as such though. Need to look into your examples.
