I'm dropping block-proposed since I have run gnome-settings-daemon
3.31.90 for a while with gnome-shell 3.30 without problems.
On the other hand, I think that the 3.31.92 versions of gnome-settings-
daemon and mutter need to migrate together for keyboard shortcuts to
continue working.

I can reproduce this issue with gnome-software 3.31 but I can't
reproduce this bug with gnome-software 3.30.
I believe you'll find that this bug will be fixed when bug 1817223 is
fixed. :)

I think this is a duplicate of bug 1817223 so I'm marking it as a

If you use gnome-software 3.30.6 instead of 3.31 in disco-proposed, you
shouldn't have this bug.

I have subscribed ubuntu-archive since they are the ones that remove

Note that Debian used a different source package name (python-os-faults)
but it doesn't have any reverse dependencies in unstable either. LP:

I am having difficulty marking this bug as a duplicate with Launchpad.
Maybe it's because it is such a popular bug so I updated the bug
