[Bug 778544] [NEW] Line wrap issue in JTextArea since Java 1.6.0_16

Public bug reported: In the versions above Java 1.6.0_16 a line was wrapped in JTextArea at the (# of column - 1) character. For example, I declared a JTextArea by 40 rows and 80 columns; it wrapped a line at 79th character other than 80th character. It behaved correctly in the versions older
