Problem figured out by Trevinho and didrocks on irc: unity only emits
AcceleratorActivated() for the first id returned by GrabAccelerator()
and doesn't watch the unique name of the grabbing process. Thus, when
something other than unity-settings-daemon grabs the key before it, or
u-s-d crashes,
YES! This update and deleting my .config (`my ~/.config ~/.config.bak`)
fixed it for me.
I can lock the session and log back in again, resume also works. :-)

org.freedesktop.Application, which has a method Activate() that takes a
platform data. I think it makes sense to reuse this terminology and the
platform-data convention.

data that GApplication uses in its Activate method (of type asv).
This would make passing these kinds of things more uniform and easier to
handle for toolkits, as well as being extensible.

appears to use the system locale rather than what the user has chosen
for their language. What happens is that with %d %b the clock shows

According to the manual page, scp should be able to copy between two

How can I initiate the process of getting the updated software packaged
into 14.04 LTS? If I recall correctly 14.04 LTS still has hardware
support for a year or two.
