I was lucky enough to have the touchpad detected once on booting up the
computer. Right away I checked 'mouse settings' and found the touchpad
tab; there, I unchecked "disable while typing". After this I have
booted into ubuntu twice without the problem. Hopefully that will be

I'm still getting random Thunar crashes. I gave up on newer distros and
went back to Xubuntu 15.04 and for the most part Thunar is stable but
then every now and then some condition is met which causes it to crash.

Since the last update, Clementine randomly skips 1 or 2 tracks when just
leaving the playlist alone up to automatic track change. Also, sometimes
it skips several minutes of the following track almost up to the end by
itself. Also, it randomly scrobbles tracks on last.fm when

We recently run out IP address in the subnet used for our instances and
we had to extend out subnet from /24 to /23.
We edited /etc/nova/nova.conf, restared nova-network using
/etc/init.d/nova-network restart.
"ifconfig bf100" was showing correct (new) netmask so was "nova-m

This is an often used functionality in templates, which should be
available in the actual LibO version for productive use. Therefore I ask
for fixing this in LibO 3.6.x.

mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/tmp #Mounted the same volume for the second time on a
running system, can be done online
cd /mnt/tmp
btrfs subvolume list /mnt/tmp/
btrfs subvolume delete /mnt/tmp/@apt-snapshot-2013-01-01_12:4

1. Open system settings
2. Click on "Colour"
3. Choose a monitor, click "Add profile" and confirm
4. Highlit new profile and click "View details"
Error message says:
"Installing packages by files isn't supported
This method hasn't been implemented."

They finally removed BKL in 2.6.39 version of the kernel. I've replaced
calls to lock/unlock_kernel by a mutex and now it seems to compile and
work fine with 2.6.39 and 3.0.0. I've uploaded it to ppa, so new version
should be available soon for oneiric. I keep the old version for natty
because it s
