[Bug 665793] [NEW] network manager applet notification position is incorrect

Binary package hint: gnome-panel
When network manager connects to my wifi ('dlink'), it shows a
notification that it has connected but this isn't positioned right.
I've seen this problem with not just 10.04 but a few releases earlier as
well. If I hover my mouse on it, it disappears and reappears once I move
it away.

This bug isn't even fixed. The warning is just hidden. You still have that awkward 10 second delay when the OS starts up. If you don't want to fix the problem, leave the bug as Won't fix. The behaviour is the same even in safe mode. One more thing I noticed is that if firefox doesn't have a previously downloaded location in it's memory, then the filename is retained. By default the Save Link As download location is ~/ Download any file by using 'save link as' into ~/Pictures (change directory from ~/ to ~/Pictures) -- file name is retained. Now the Save Link As download location has been changed to ~/Pictures for any new files. Now try again. Perhaps software-properties should not close though when you click Cancel The reload 'pop-up' appears only after you close software-properties. If you choose to reload, the software-properties widow still stays grayed out in the background. I think the reload repositories updates all the repositories and not just the newly added one. If you suggest automatically removing the newly added repo when the reload is canceled, it would affect the following scenarios: 1. The user has a bad internet connection and reload doesn't work 2.
