After running this command sudo grep -r thermal-conf.xml /etc, nothing will happened. But there is a file named thermal-cpu-cdev-order.xml. This file is to be remove? I used Ubuntu 18.04 LTS in past, this version were faster than Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. I also change the default swappiness value(60)
