After running this command sudo grep -r thermal-conf.xml /etc, nothing will happened. But there is a file named thermal-cpu-cdev-order.xml. This file is to be remove? I used Ubuntu 18.04 LTS in past, this version were faster than Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. I also change the default swappiness value(60)

Public bug reported: This OS(Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) installed in Lenovo v310-15ISK laptop. It has 4GB RAM and core i3 6th gen processor. The main issue is booting time too slow about 3-4 minutes and all apps take time to open and sometimes after long uptime when I poweroff, it freezes for sometime
