I left my MythTV system running with my main account logged into TTY4
and have had serveral crasahes which produced out; there have also been
two or three crashes that did not produce any output but still locked up
the system.
This trace looks like it is communicating with the recorder I have

was OK. I was using the same USB TV Recorder and the same version of
MythBuntu. My apologies for not replying to this thread earlier.
I beleiver this can be rejected on the basis that it was a hardware
fault with my system.
I had skype crash much earlier on in the day but it seemed to have
recovered. I am using both Skype and Google Hangouts on a different
machine with the same accounts linked into Pidgin. Let me know if there
is any other data I can provide that might be useful.

However I do not think is a job that apport could be expected to do safely. It
cannot interpret what data is safe to make public, what summary would be
helpful to future reports trying to determine duplicates or what should go in
the

I did
$ sudo gdb --batch --ex t a a bt -pid=`pidof evolution` bt.txt
the resulting file is attached. I had a quick look through it and could not
see any sensitive data in there.

This is a new high in my experience of Apport. Instead of doing it's
usual trick of marking something a duplicate of a private bug, it has
just marked this one as a duplicate of bug #1208209 which Cannot

Frequently apport will mark a bug that I have raised as a duplicate of a
bug I cannot access (see bug #764414 et. al. for issues that raises).
Whether or not that should happen, it does happen frequently and
Launchpad's behaviour is odd when it does happen.
