was played by another laptop, but those problems occurs on all of these
computers (on 6 computers so far).

Step by step well this will be quite hard...
The only thing, these situations and computers have the same, is the high load
of CPU, sometimes GPU, RAM and also may be a big amount of data writing on HDD.
It does for example when I untar a really BIG files, or when I start a more
demanding gam
As you can see, it is quite a wide spectrum.
As I am typing here it started on my aspire One, just by starting a game
HeroesOfNewerth (linux version) with low settings.
It does now in the game and also system notifications are affected. Simply all
of the sound in the OS.

If this occurs, I have certainty, that my Ubuntu will freeze after login (when

Hi, there are two kinds of problems. When using LiveCD, Ubuntu freezes
randomily and these freezes are probably NOT connected to wireless hardware.

I have this problem too, Ubuntu 10.10, using gstreamer as default
phonon, no matters what audio CD, juicer cannot read it, K3B can. (But I
want to use juicer because K3B doesn't support ripping to aac).
I think one can mark this as confirmed...

I also tried latest kernel from ubuntu kernel website, I think it is
2.6.35-11 or something like that, but no difference. Newer kernels here
are unfortunately for natty.

Hi, I use Ubuntu 10.10 on my hp 6735s and it sometimes just freezes.
e.g. I don't work on it for some time, my screens turns black but cannot
be restored by mouse nor keyboard and even other parts of laptop doesn't
work. The only solution is to restart it manually.
