Juan, the proposed debdiff is a diff between light-themes 0.1.9.1 and

I built a native ppp package with your patches in my testing PPA.
I had to fix the EAP-TLS patch to work if EAP-TLS is disabled. I've
already sent this patch upstream.
Could you maybe do the same with your patches like fix-missing-ssl-op-
no-ticket.patch and add-chap-passwd-hook.patch?
