I see nothing strange in your Boot-Info Summary, except the Fdisk warning: Partition 2 does not start on physical sector boundary., which might affect the SWAP. GRUB seems installed correctly. IMHO, this bug seems not connected to GRUB, so reinstalling GRUB (via Boot-Repair or else) won't help.
