Quantal fresh install.
It appears to re-connect in ~20 seconds; But after another ~25 seconds, it
disconnects without apparent reason. Every time it's the same story and same
timing, which is a bit odd.
So something is still buggy. Not what I initially reported, but still..

I've done a lot of quick suspends/resumes & locks/unlocks to speed up
the process. I've encountered the freeze only 1 time after lock/unlock,
NOT suspend/resume. Can't be sure if it would also happen then, but for
now I can confirm the freezing also occurs in 3.4 Quantal. I'll switch
to Quantal Alp
I'm currently running upstream 3.4. I'll come back to 3.2 in 1-2 days,
then I'll run apport again.

connects to my Asus UL50AG notebook for sound.
In Sound Settings, I then have 2 entries: Built-in Audio Card and Logitech
Adapter.
