12000-15000 is not a solution, actually. I think, it should be set to max size, which may be handled by gThumb. It handles 16kx4k JPEG pretty well. So, 2^15 - 2^16 should be enough, if you don't want to set it to very large values. -- image resize dialog doesn't support image size larger than
