I've got frecuent problems with my WiFi connection, not any with cable.

my wifi card is an intel pro wireless 1945. maybe got to do with it?

I have the same problem with my Samsung X05 and Feisty.
If i don´t have any USB device connected to my laptop the system runs
normally. But if i have a mouse, keyboard o my memory stick i have the

Isn't this the same as bug #435352 ? Im on a MSI W100, clean Karmic alpha
install. Since last week's update, can't see USB devices (nothing on dmesg when
i plug them in), and can't suspend. There are at least 2 workarounds proposed
(no true solutions yet), that make USB ports usable. One is
MSI wind with intel 945. No problem with Jaunty, screen flickers with Karmic
update.
Problem apears when connecting/disconnecting power source or closing the lid
(dim screen). It goes away by killing and restarting gnome-power-manager.
Isn't this the same buag as bug412492 ?

instaled Karmic from cd two weeks before. Problem apeared on last kernel

Hi,
find attached output for a netbook CX-Performance (made/assembly in Argentina).
Touchpad is not working at all, and the netbook is so recently released that it
is impossible to find Linux support nor the community neither the manufacturer.

OK, again some additional information:
- kubuntu alpha6 completely crashes, i get something like - - ] - repeated
again and again, i can't even switch to console F1 ... F6 because nothing
happens then.
- I have no splash in hardy (in guty I had splash)
- In gutsy everything is ok, I just

And again some information. With boot option nousplash kubuntu xorg
starts, screen is flickering white while login icons are animated,
background changes also to white, then the desktop is shown, no task
bar, just one icon (install). Then a message pops up Could not start
ksm server, check

While testing hardy 64bit the first time outside a vm I get a nice problem:
bulletproof xorg does not work. With a usual boot, first xorg log is this:

Ubuntu 7.10 - the Gutsy Gibbon
When double clicking txt files, Ubuntu uses Evince instead of gedit.
The result is that Evince reports that can't handle text/plain
documents.
I checked /etc/mime.types and it is correct:
text/plain
Confirmed here, my thunderbird started hanging after POP messages arrive when
using Tango Icons Theme on Thunderbird. The strange thing is, that it was
working fine for about 2 days, I installed this icons until yesterday.
I will be doing some tets to figure out why. BTW, as stated by
