Boinc client works but when I try to launch Boinc Manager, I get the error :
gui_rpc_auth.cfg exists but can't be read
And the Boinc Manager window doesn't display the jobs.

I also can confirm that this issue persists in Ubuntu 20.04 (focal).
It's pretty irritating... it's bad enough that all of these Electron-
based apps and chromium-based browsers are chewing up ~400-500Mb each.
I don't need a silly software management UI doing it, too!

Right. Libvirt's apparmor wasn't in enforce mode. It didn't even load
the profile for it. Arrarmor is enabled but only enforcing for a few
things such as dhclient.
The "systemctl status apparmor.service" showed that the profile for libvirt
wasn't loaded at all because a

Thanks Lyubomir, this is a good workaround. I installed the user themes
extension with 'apt-get install gnome-shell-extensions', then enabled it
in gnome tweaks and set the shell theme to yaru-dark. After a few gnome
restarts, things look great.

Confirming problem on Thunderbird 68.7.0 (32-bit) on Windows7.
Scary part is that I am not entirely sure that I was running Thunderbird
when the files went into the temp-folder.
The files "nsemail.eml" to "nsemail-10.eml" contain emails I have sent
the last months. I have had no reason to open

I've tried installing Ubuntu 20.04 and 19.10 to both the internal SSD
and an external SSD, and it always fails at the very end. The error is
that grub-install failed to install to /dev/xxx.

For the benefit of bystanders who might be using the Clipboard Indicator
extension to Gnome, I've switched to CopyQ and been quite happy with the
results. I'll know more in the next 2-3 weeks whether this problem
persists in my environment when I complete my next expense report.
