Yes. It only happens when the label plugin is activated and when pointing to the Label submenu. An interesting detail is that if I disable the plugin and reenable it the context menu then works like it should, with no jumping about. Unfortunately after restarting Deluge the jumping happens again.

I have just tested on a different machine I have, that is also running Ubuntu 11.10 and the problem is not seen here. The biggest difference between the two machines seem to be the video card which is Nvidia in the machine that exhibits the problem and ATI/AMD in the other one that does not
