[Bug 1933740] Re: package usrmerge 24ubuntu3 failed to install/upgrade: el subprocés «s'ha instal·lat el script usrmerge del paquet post-installation» retornà el codi d'eixida d'error 1
After investigating what usrmerge does, I concluded that the problem is due to my configuration. I use eclipse to manage some system files and this created a .project file in directories /lib and /usr/lib, preventing that usrmerge can merge this directories. Removing the .project file from /lib directory fixes the problem. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1933740 Title: package usrmerge 24ubuntu3 failed to install/upgrade: el subprocés «s'ha instal·lat el script usrmerge del paquet post-installation» retornà el codi d'eixida d'error 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/usrmerge/+bug/1933740/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1891381] [NEW] I cannot upgrade from ubuntu 18.04 LTS to 20.04 LTS
Public bug reported: The update could not be calculated An unresolved issue occurred while calculating the update. This may be due to: * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu. Use the "ppa-purge" tool in the ppa-purge package to remove software from a Launchpad PPA and tone it down to try. If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the command 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal. If you want to investigate, the log files in "/ var / log / dist-upgrade" contain the details of the update. Specifically, see "main.log" and "apt.log." I used "ppa-purge" tool, but it did not work. In Tomcat 5.5 the default database connection pool factory class is 'org.apache.commons.dbcp.BasicDataSourceFactory', included in commons- dbcp.jar. In Tomcat 5.5 the default database connection pool factory class is 'org.apache.commons.dbcp.BasicDataSourceFactory', included in commons- dbcp.jar. So, the applications that didn't specify the dbcp factory class (the great majority, I guess) worked with no problems using tomcat 5.5 without tomcat-dbcp.jar in the 'commons/lib' folder. The problem is that starting from Tomcat 6, the default database connection pool factory class is 'org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.dbcp.BasicDataSourceFactory' included in tomcat-dbcp.jar, so all the applications that expects to work with Tomcat's default database connection pool factory will fail if tomcat-dbcp.jar is not in the classpath. -- tomcat6 does not include tomcat-dbcp.jar https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/283852 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 269568] [NEW] dpkg installs too easily some packages
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: dpkg When the users install packages downloaded directly of Internet and don't use tools as apt-get or aptitude, they could crash their system too easily: if i do: dpkg -i X_package and the package isn't installable because the dependencies are broken, dpkg write in any case on the package database the entry of X_package. This behaviour causes a lot of problems if, for example, we want to update the system with 'aptitude safe-upgrade'.
