with wipe installed from repositories: wipe is more than 10 times slower

Window width is fixed to 1125 and cannot be changed manually. Any
changes to ~/.albumshaper/settings.xml are ignored. Tested with Ubuntu
10.10 (one report says, it works correctly on Ubuntu 9.10, but not on
10.04).
This bug exists at least since albumshaper_2.1-4 (Ubuntu 8.04) - and no,
it doesn't work in 9.10.

Quick workaround: replace the installed /usr/share/tunapie/tuner.py with
the same file supplied by src pkg 2.1.6 of tunapie. Tested successfully
on Hardy with tunapie 2.1.5.
