Hi,
with the update from 18.04 to 19.04 the network-manager stopped being
able to set DNS settings for VPN connections where the checkbox "use
this connection only for resources on its network" is not checked.
Without the checkbox:
Link 17 (tun0)
Current Scopes: DNS
still the same, anyone have any news?

blacklist uvcvideo (at least the last 3 boots)
but cam doesn't work:

well like it was said before - it happens on the LG X110, which
basically is a wind u100 but it doesn't have the camera-key on fn-f6.
it doesn't have a camera-switch at all, so it can't have something to do
with the keybindings or so...

what i don't get:
i compiled a 2.6.31-rc3 zen-kernel for jaunty, which worked perfectly, i
installed the compiled debs again in karmic and it doesn't work
anymore...
Since uvc-module is inside the kernel.. i don't see how that's possible

after my tests this can be fixed by using the latest compiz from jaunty
and activate force synchronization between x and glx in compiz
settings-manager

sry didn't get better here with nv 185.13 and gnome and compiz
Ubuntu 8.10 (Gnome), Compiz 0.7.8, yakuake 2.9.3, but KDE 4.1.4 and QT
4.4.3, could that be why? where did you get the repo for 4.2.1 and 4.5?

same problem on 2.6.28, but not on 2.6.27 on a Thinkpad R61
/var/log/pm-suspend.log sagt sais all hooks are done successful, then
performing suspend.
laptop goes to standby, when trying to resume fans go on, anything else
stays black...
any possibility to provide further debuginfo?
