Well, I see the 20.04.1 live image still has a problem installing
(NVIDIA?) drivers during the initial install that was in the original
20.04 release. I shall try again without the drivers install option. I
was trying a minimal clean install this time if that makes any
difference for the analysis.
This bug is not present with other distro's I use, that is Arch. This
indicates that it can be distribution centric. Ubuntu has the bug, Arch
does not. A workaround is if your system has this Intel device use
another distro. It is not convenient but it works.

Hello. I would like to note, that "Meltdown" mitigation - for i386
architecture - among others improvements, is already available in
OpenBSD 6.4 release (see "Security improvements" section [in:]
https://www.openbsd.org/64.html).
Best regards.

Public bug reported:
lsb_release -rd
Description:Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
Release:18.04
What I expected to happen:
I expected Ubuntu to start without any errors.
What happened instead:
I received an error after logging in saying that a system app had a
problem.
ProblemType: Package
The behaviour seen in GParted is because GParted is unable to read the
used/unused information from the F2FS file system. Hence it warns that
some operations may be unavailable. This is due to limitations in the
file system tools for F2FS.

After update 2018-07-08 menus and
Daniel, the KDE menu bar colour problem I experienced and noted in bug
#1780664 also went away when I upgraded to the new xorg-server.
I had to reboot and upgrade all my packages twice in order to get the
latest. You might try checking to ensure that you have all the latest
packages.

You
