Ok with the latest saucy builds 13.10 the hud is not searching the indicators yet. Hopefully it will be fixed in time for 13.10 because it's very useful to search diodon and other indicators. HUD can still search the application menus though. Not yet working in this build

Ok, the workaround for me is to restart unity after I've booted. So boot and autologin. Unity+indicator-multiload+indicator-cpufreq indicators+rsibreak+clipit+dropbx all autolaunch. HUD doesn't include indicator-messages. Then I simple do a unity --replace and it works straight away. At least
