The problem is that the .desktop file contains the string Icon=unity-
webapps-vkcom, and there is no such icon there.
Here is the workaround I used:

I have already resolved my problem , but I do not know is this a bug or
normal behaviour: Empathy does not connect to ICQ when any ports except
80, 5222-5223 and 5190 are closed by the office router. Qutim connects
to ICQ normally in this situation. So now all ports are open and Empathy
works
No, the problem has gone with the new nvidia drivers (nvidia-180.42 and
later, nvidia-185), so this bug can be marked as fixed.

My operating system is Kubuntu Linux 7.04 (with daily dist-upgrades).
After KDE startup my system slows down and then hungs up totally. 'ps
ax' shows me hundreds of 'soffice.bin' processes in memory:
