[Bug 1972035] [NEW] installed grub-efi on bios install on upgrade from 21.10 to 22.04

Public bug reported: I have a weird use case where my old uefi macbook pro only works with the aging nvidia 340 drivers when using a bios install. This is necessary due to thermal problems with nouveau. after my most recent upgrade to 22.04 from 21.10 i get this error: Setting up grub-efi-amd64-
