whenever I install ubuntu the installed virtual group always gets named
"ubuntu-vg". That way it's easy to have a VG name ambiguity (two VGs
named "ubuntu-vg"). There might be several ways around: name the VG like

hello, I happened to delete some files related to wine, and it solved
the problem. (I suspect, that was some extension assignment config
created by some app I installed via wine)

It seems like somehow latex tries to interpret some previously generated PDF
files as TEX files.
I have a Doxyfile, and doxygen command runs without errors (as far as I can
tell). Output files are written, but when I am about to issue make from
doc/latex I get the above

When a new window pops up (e.g. I launch an app), it becomes the topmost
window, however for some reason it doesn't always gets the focus so, in this
case when I hit alt+f4 it closes some other window in the background.
