I have given that a try but no luck. It still only finds 3 of the 4
windows that were open at the time of the upgrade with the one it can't
find being the primary one with 50+ tabs.

When restarting some of my profile was kept (themes, addons, etc) but

- Stop services (systemctl stop neutron-dhcp-agent; systemctl stop
neutron-metadata-agent; systemctl stop neutron-ovs-cleanup; systemctl stop

16.2.0 before your post and are currently using them and it seems to be
working fine for us. Should the opportunity arise we will install 16.3.0

do with whats in my /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings.py,

You're running a non-OEM version of Ubuntu 16.04.1, which is too old to
fully support this platform. Canonical maintains driver backports for
this platform only for factory-installed Ubuntu 16.04, and that includes
backport DKMS packages. Either wait until this is backported to a later
Ubuntu
Have you checked in the system settings GUI whether the headphone jack
shows as an output option?

It looks like on OEM systems, we tweak /etc/bluetooth/main.conf by
adding "AutoEnable=true". Can you check what that's set to on your
system?
