I already compiled the package for myself. It's not about me. I don't ask for
2.32 in lucid, but for applying the fix to 2.30.
I wouldn't ask for it, when lucid wasn't a LTS. There are people using LTS-LTS
upgrade pathes instead of updating every version.

I know you MOTU do a great work. But I was really sad to see, that muine
in hardy show still the same behavior. Could someone find time and love
to integrate the patch/package from uws in ubuntu? And please not in
8.10. Muine is since Gutsy totally unusable. There are a few people

When I log out from the gnome desktop my session will be saved. When I
log in to gnome later again all windows of supported apps will be
reopened. e.g. browser windows, IM-app, gnome-terminal windows, abiword
(unfortunetaly just with a new file instead of the document when I
logged out)

I also compiled the same version as used in dapper from the tomboy
original source and had not the problems anymore. I think the bug must
be in the dapper branch of the code, but I am not a programmer and
didn't know how big the difference between the original source and the
dapper version is.

I compiled tomboy from source (CVS HEAD and 0.3.5) and had no problems
anymore. This problem appeared really late in the dapper release process
(I am using dapper since march). Unfortunately I couldn't find time to
report this earlier.
Maybe it is just a small bug...

Ok, I did the sin and install tomboy from edgy via dpkg --force-depends

It works great. Maybe the edgy tomboy could backported to dapper. The
dependency changes seems little to me and this bug is really annoying.
I hope I don't produce to much traffic...
