Hotkeys should be independent of keyboard layouts. In another case, it spoils
the whole idea of hotkeys and makes them impossible to use.

If they all contain a full set of English letters - move key to new
location seems logical. Have no idea what DVORAK layout users think

New ubuntu layout changer did not work on lock screen, so if i lock screen when
russian keyboard layout selected, i can not unlock it.
Workaround: click switch user and login to own
I hope screen lock will use lightdm instead of lock window and this bug
dissapear automatically.

You can not use network manager cause you setup network with ppoeconf or
manually trough editing of /etc/network/interfaces. Just comment eth0 and pppoe
entries int /etc/network/interfaces so it looks like this:
auto lo
iface lo inet
I'm download beta today and it boot up ok.

Smae results, but without xsplash: black screen, mouse cursor, black screen
