[Bug 487695] Re: autoduplex constraints should be dropped
I think the change introduced by Till Kamppeter (make-duplex-page-sizes- default.sh) now has side effects on the regular (not duplex), at least for A4, where normal margins aren't used, and always set to the duplex ones. See Debian bug http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=655106 for more details. Hi. as I just mentioned in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=657120 (same report, basically, but on Debian side /upstream-side), I think libvirt should shutdown virtual networks it started, when none of its managed VMs are still running. [Bug 610356] Re: mantis requires php5-mysql
What do you suggest exactly in #2 ? AFAIU, recommends is "stronger" than suggests, so... everything is fine ATM : * suggests mysql-server a one may not run the RDBMS on the same machine, but that's an option (hence only suggests and not recommends) * recommends php5-mysql, as even with a remote mysql server, you'd need the client libs locally... but still not a dependency as you may choose postgres for instance. * php-cli... well, most people probably run php with mod-php library for apache, but some may prefer some CGI-like like if installing in a weird apache config (for SOAP for instance, etc.) Hope this helps. -- mantis requires php5-mysql https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/610356 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 610356] Re: mantis requires php5-mysql
I believe it's possible to wish to configure it for using Postgres (or any other packaged RDBMS), hence the recommends and not a depends. MySQL is not the only option. That's a very common packaging case, for web apps depending from a web server or a RDBMS, AFAICT. I'd say there's no bug here. [Bug 133779] Re: CUPS printers disappear every time
Have you found out what happened ? I experience a similar problem on one of our servers... just wondering... have you by any chance a machine which is known as some name in its /etc/hosts and differently in the DNS resolving (reverse resolving from its IP)... I'm just suspicious about local print queues being recognized by the server as remote ones, and thus causing removal problems after some time(out) maybe. [Bug 183195] Re: vserver creation : core dump
Actually, issueing : # /usr/sbin/vnamespace --help Erreur de segmentation (core dumped) So there's obviously something nasty preventing use of that package on gutsy. -- vserver creation : core dump https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/183195 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 183195] Re: vserver creation : core dump
Actually, it fails on (set -x activated in /usr/sbin/vserver) : exec /usr/sbin/vnamespace --new -- /usr/lib/util-vserver/vserver-build -n vserver1 -m debootstrap --hostname=vserver1.mydomain.com --interface eth0:192.168.1.10/24 -- -d gutsy -m http://ftp.ubuntu.com/ubuntu -- vserver creation : core dump https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/183195 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 104868] Re: PC does not power down after shutdown or hibernate
I've had the same problem on my ASUS P4B mainboard computer. It seems that acpi=ht is forced because this mainboard is present. This leads to acpi only be enabled until hyper-threading would be activated. As my proc won't support hyperthreading, this is not usefull. I found that only acpi=force would supercede this acpi=ht mode set by the kernel. So far, adding acpi=force to grub's kernel command-line seems to solve this issue. I hope there won't be any side effects. Hope this helps. -- PC does not power down after shutdown or hibernate https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/104868 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
