In Ubuntu 18.04, the mate weather applet no longer displays custom radar
images. This feature has worked perfectly, in the previous releases.
To replicate this issue:
Go to Preferences
Select Enable Radar Map
Select Use custom address for radar map

In trusty, Python can't find the python-repoze.who modules when they are
imported.
However, when I take the latest sources of the version of the python-
repoze.who package in jessie, it works perfectly. I suspect this problem
also occurs with python-repoze.what

This bug also affects Precise; I encounter it regularly, with the same
symptoms as described above - the icon remains, but becomes
unresponsive. The only way to fix it is to kill nm-applet and restart
it.
