Under certain conditions there is faulty logic in function
tengine_stonith_notify() which can incorrectly add successfully fenced
nodes to a list, causing Pacemaker to subsequently erase that node’s
status section when the next DC (Designated Controller) election occurs.

This is the command I used in comment #8. My gripe is how to continue
using preseed since --extra-args is incompatible with --cdrom (i.e. when
using the 'ISO workaround').

I redid the test (install, upgrade) and simply asked to install nfs-
kernel-server. It worked (?). See attachment.

I just observed this after a Lucid:Precise upgrade. It was a fresh
Lucid install and all that was done was a simple NFS server share export
and then do-release-upgrade.
My workaround was purging nfs-common and nfs-kernel-server and then
reinstalling them. Results:
