tzdata. I am blocked from automation because tzdata will not install
non-interactively. This is despite setting
DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive.

This is on krillin r166.
dbus-daemon was running at 100% for a few hours today. I noticed that
when I launch System Settings, it causes dbus-daemon to run at lose to
100% until it opens. I also noticed that when I launched Systen
Settings, after it finally opened,
I think that the sometimes factor is actually whether the profile is
currently logged into Google Services. If I log out of Google and do the
search, I get the client string. If I log back in, when I search again,
there is no string.

1. Create an emulator image, mine was built on image 53
2. Go to the app's scope and do a search (I looked for GetThereDC)
3. Click install
4. Get the error and click to go to accounts
5. Put in your account info and 2 factor auth

No notifiaction when receiving a phone call

Today when I am calling my phone from the VOIP System, I can hear my
phone ring, but there is no notification from which I can answer or
decline the call.
