i can confirm it of course , in the end , i ended up uninstalling tinc on
the dom0 and installed it on one of the dom U's.

the problem got fixed by starting tinc , after the xcp-xapi , so what i
basically did was that , i've disabled tinc's startup script , and added
it to rc.local , so i assume that the startup scipt must be changed from
S20 , to something more that 23 , after xcp-xapi.

Hi all
you only need to remove "discovto 0;" from '/etc/bluetooth/hcid.conf'!
Don't forget to restart the bluetooth services (/etc/init.d/bluetooth restart)
so the changes will take effect!
