Yep, worked fine in 9.04 and further back. (I first started with Ubuntu 7.something.) I notice that the pop-up menu comes up underlaying the cursor with the tip of the cursor being right at the top left corner of the pop-up. If this we're to be combined with the mouse key not being de-bounced
