Why is the core clock for this GPU (HAINAN) and what seems to have
codename OLAND hard-coded anyway? The other GPUs do not have their
clocks hard-coded, which allows them to be modified without modifying

Turns out GNOME Tweaks caused this. I restored default settings in GNOME
Tweaks, then I logged out, and in a tty, I reinstalled ubuntu-session
and every part of the yaru theme:
sudo apt purge ubuntu-session yaru-theme-gnome-shell yaru-theme-gtk
yaru-theme-icon yaru-theme-sound
sudo apt install
Bug exists in both X.Org and Wayland. I tried them both.

I have recently upgraded from 18.04 LTS to 18.10, but the Yaru theme is
not enabled by default nor available to choose in GNOME Tweaks, even
though apt says it is already installed. I had the communitheme snap
installed when I was using 18.04 LTS, but it stopped working after
I might be experiencing a similar bug or the same one. 60Hz selected in
xrandr, but everything refreshes at 40Hz including glxgears. 40Hz is an
available option for the resolution of 1366x768, but 60Hz is selected.
Switching to 1360x768 gives a refresh rate of 59.96Hz that actually

How can I check which version of libinput I have? I was only able to
check the version of libinput-tools using apt-cache policy and that
package's version is 1.8.2-1ubuntu2. I do not know if those 2 packages
are the same or if their versions can differ from each other. I
