[Bug 1964547]
for me at least the workaround is working as expected .. But I think it's something that has to be fixed as soon as possible.. the no use of vaapi gets a browser that is not smooth and freezes with almost every playback or preview... firefox is a lot worse since 98 version in my opinion for that. So I think the RDD sandbox has to be disabled until this is addressed. [Bug 1881322] Re: Touchpad not detected in 'Lenovo V15-IIL model 82C5' after installing Ubuntu 20.04
i8042.nopnp=1 pci=nocrs these are mine flags for being able to use the touchpad but after suspend the touchpad is gone again. and This is my dump file( IT's not ubuntu, it's manjaro but I'm sure that it serves to you too) I'm using kernel 5.10.5-1-MANJARO in testing branch. It occurs to me from the start of using this pc, if no flags are in the grub there is no touchpad. ** Attachment added: "acpi.dump" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1881322/+attachment/5452243/+files/acpi.dump -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1881322 Title: Touchpad not detected in 'Lenovo V15-IIL model 82C5' after installing Ubuntu 20.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1881322/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1838151] Re: Poor quality audio with modern Bluetooth headsets in HSP/HFP. Missing wide band speech support.
Are you planing to patch ubuntu packages or waiting to be in upstream? I'm asking because in pulseaudio side I am watching no much interest at all in that changes.. and in the kernel's side the same, so I doubt if that will gonna be fixed or not, at least, in upstream. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1838151 Title: Poor quality audio with modern Bluetooth headsets in HSP/HFP. [Bug 1829220] Re: Add in-kernel support for Realtek 8821CE WiFi device
Why this driver isn't going to be mainlined in the kernel if an opensource driver already exists? at least is what some githubs pages claim.. that there is an official opensource linux driver by realtek for this card. https://github.com/RangeeGmbH/rtl8821ce this page claim to be one driver based on the other ones by realtek -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1829220 Title: Add in-kernel support for Realtek 8821CE WiFi device To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-oem/+bug/1829220/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
