I am Russian, and i use two keyboard layouts - English and Russian. So often i
type text and when i look at the screen i see that i typed text in english,
instead of a russian. So in QIP (www.qip.ru) or Pidgin
(https://launchpad.net/wronglayout/) i can press ctrl+r and

Open muon application center
try to install something in it
while installing scroll down to some other application
after first application will be installed list will be refreshed so you lost
your current position and you must scroll down again
