Suspend/resume worked well on my Dell Latitude D600 on karmic. The
upgrade to lucid broke the resume process. On resume the hdd led lights
shortly and the cdrom drive starts to spin. Then, nothing else happens.
The issue remains in maverick rc.

Hi Bryce,
attached you'll find the requested files.
I took a snapshot of Xorg.0.log three times. First after starting KDE, second
after disabling compositing, third after reenabling it. First and second are
identical.
xorg.conf was generated automatically, I'll attach it nevertheless.

I can confirm that the buffer overrun still appears in karmic as
described in comment #9.
