I updated the Blue man Program without the Driver's as an Experiment, It works fine until you Update the "Raspberry Pi 3 Bluetooth Driver" It's a Driver Issue, someone needs to Separate the Raspberry Pi 3, and 4 Driver's.. I found that installing the Blue man Update is OK, Just do Not allow MATE to update the Bluetooth Raspberry Pi Drivers themselves, That's the Issue. I've had to Reinstall Multiple times, And I have concluded that Ensuring the Bluetooth Driver's it the only Solution, at least until the MATE Team either takes out the Update, Or the Raspberry Pi people make a new update.
