It is definitely related to the usage of r8192u driver in my system.
If i remove the usb adapter i remove kernel panica too.
The only problem is that without USB adapter i have no more network.
Maybe I have to address this bug to somebody else?

Yesterday everithing worked fine and now I have my 11.04 up and running,
could be due to some overload on the servers instead of a bug in the
release?

I upgraded from 8.10 to 9.04 beta and network worked but plasma-network-widget

I decided to installa fresh 9.04 due the fact I was upgrading from a long time.
I was very disappointd to see netork work via dhcp

Some things here, this my interfaces file:
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
address 127.0.0.1
netmask 255.0.0.0
auto eth0
#iface eth0 inet dhcp
auto eth1
#iface eth1 inet dhcp
auto eth2
#iface eth2 inet dhcp
auto ath0
#iface ath0 inet dhcp
auto wlan0
#iface wlan0 inet dhcp
iface eth0 inet static
dhclient doesn't work because eth0 is up and show ipaddress, the problem seems
due to a dns trouble.
Sure i dunno why knetworkmanager applet show eth0 unmanaged.
Anyway, till now that network is working afert a pair of restart of network
icon is gray say unmanaged.

network-manager After
I don't know if open a new bug. I think e1000e have some problem here result of
furter investigation.
Same behaviour from 27.3 and 27.5 (in the last driver is not blacklisted).
Sometime network work out of the box, sometime network work out of the box
sometimes I need to:
sudo modprobe -r
Driver seems to be ok, eth0 come up automagically.
Now I think there are problems with knetwork manager: i wrote manually
resolv.conf and i have to restar network from a shell to make dns work.
But probably this is another story.
