Hey Nick, Thanks for the bug report. It's not 100% clear to me what the issue here is, could you break down the steps you take to reproduce this in a little more detail, please? Also, if you do have access to the system in its failure state, could you run `cloud-init collect-logs` and attach the tarball it produces to the bug as well? Once done, please move this back to New.
