shogun doesn't build either with clang 3.0

so this is my fault. (Even if I don't knwo why, maybe some external
dependencies not listed in control file)

The shogun build failure is because of the Java 7 transition.

One other thing: Your FFe is for a sync, but there is an ubuntu delta to
clang. Have you looked at it?
