This isn't a Unity 2d issue. Infact I found Unity 2d appears not to
contain the bug.
It's a Unity Issue non-2d. Didn't realize there were two distinct
Unity window managers when I wrote the bug and I didn't know what to
attach the bug report too. Is it possible to point this bug to Unity
hi, you might be facing bug 1035628. All you need to do is run update
manager and update your system. this will install a very new version of
Unity which fixes bug 1035628

That's not reproducible for me in either 12.04 or 12.10. Can you please
first make sure you have all the updates installed? We have a new
version of Unity in precise-proposed repository which may fix the issue
that you are facing. Can you install unity from precise-proposed and let
us know if that
