inconsistent use of colour for restart menu when changing language

We have at least six dialogs where tapping a button restarts the phone. In the
dialog that appears when you:
(A) hold down the power button, Power Off is red, Restart is green,
Cancel is black (!)
(B) install a system update, Restart Install is grey, Cancel is grey
(C) insert a new SIM card,
I understand that it may be useful for the buttons to be different
colors, but I don't think the power-button dialog is actually correct.
The pattern is for red to cancel or delete, and green positive
actions such as taking a call, OK, New etc. The amount of mental effort
you'd need to put into an

'Cancel' 'Confirm' on the 'Display Language' page:
I think the choice of bottom colours here is like the 'Custom Settings'
in the 'Background settings' where you can 'Add image' or 'Remove Image'
- similar pattern is used there where the 'Remove image' is a lighter
inactive grey button - but
According to our values, green is used for positive actions and confirmations,
whereas red is used for negative and irreversible actions.

@Jonas - I've just realised what is happening when you change language:
the restart message (The phone needs to restart for changes to take
effect:) gets displayed in the language you phone is *about* to be
changed into (as a result of the reboot). Since I was switching from
French to English the
