Fix committed to Lucid dev branch for ubuntu-docs. I'd like to request the
base-passwd maintainers to clean up the document here:
/usr/share/doc/base-passwd/users-and-groups.html
which we linked to, so that it at least mentions that it is applicable to
Ubuntu. Matthew Thomas also suggested
I'll figure out how we can reference the document Colin mentioned from
the system docs.

Searching for groups in the help viewer does not find that page -- and
neither even does searching for Users and Groups in the Debian System.
So it's not fixed in a way that most people would find.
Linking to this page would be great, but it's not linked at the moment,

(If ubuntu-docs wants to document this in any way that people are in
danger of regarding as official :-), it should link to this rather than
duplicating it. base-passwd is Essential so this document is always
installed.)
