Can you also test the following upstream kernel: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.2-rc1-unstable/ If v4.2-rc1 has the bug, we can bisect between 3.19 final and 4.2-rc1. If v4.2-rc1 does not have the bug, we will have to test some of the other 4.2 release candidates(rc2, rc3, etc)
