Hi Steve,
I built a version that does build, but not sure if it should be the in
sequence after 2.8.27-1 (relative to the changelog) or if it should be
in the sequence after 3.15.1-1? I did it as the former, to generate the
.debdiff, but please let me know if I did it wrong. Attaching the
tarball

Sync aws-sdk-for-php 3.14.2-1 (universe)
Sigh, I fear I was far too ahead of myself with this package sync
request. It seems that php-monolog (which as a dependency on aws-sdk-
for-php), has no mechanism to work with AWS SDK 3.x , and does runtime
checks to prevent interacting with an uprev AWS SDK. That in turn means
symfony can't
