Kyle, I think I can to localize source of problem: It's "Desktop App Scope"!! So, what I did. 1. Today I tested many scopes: run them directly or set them as favorite -- everything is OK, even after rebooting. Even "Today Scope"! 2. But if I run "Desktop App Scope" then unity8-dash begins

It seems ok... I could't do your commands via ssh (why?), but done via Terminal and now I see only one favorite scope "Applications??" ("Приложения" in Russian). This scope works properly!! And top list is ok,too: top - 02:34:30 up 21 min, 2 users, load average: 10,65, 11,96, 9,79 Tasks: 275

Kyle, I said earlier I absolutely could not swipe to Desktop Apps (btw just before OTA-13 this scope became empty) or swipe to any FAVORITE scope. So, can't establish now new favorite scopes. And any widget on Today Scope is not clickable. But I can move Today Scope left and see list of windows
