I also let mardy know in #ubports to try to make sure they know that
Unity8 and phablet-tools and goget-ubuntu-touch will likely be dropped
from Ubuntu 17.10 soon. They're already maintaining their stack in PPAs
and I think that's meeting their needs ok right now.

I would personally opt for the removal of goget-ubuntu-touch as we don't
have any maintainer of it since at least one or two years - and no one
will really pick it up. My only concern is ubports users as they're
still using the tool to flash their devices with the community-based
ubuntu-touch.

- Since Canonical's Ubuntu phone project is ending and no one has stepped
- up to maintain Ubuntu's android-tools fork, we are syncing the Android
- stack from Debian.
