snapd 2.29.4.2 is not installable on powerpc
To manage
The snapd package is installable again on powerpc. We install only a
transitional package there though because we cannot support powerpc due
to the lack of upstream powerpc support in the go compiler (only gccgo
is supported).

The offending version of libseccomp2 is still in xenial-proposed, but
snapd on most architectures statically links against it. Unfortunately
the bug for the libseccomp2 SRU is still in verification-needed:
